Description
The Canadian Constitutional Law Workshop is an application-focused session designed to help NCA candidates practise analysing constitutional law problems and writing structured exam answers.
The workshop also addresses common exam-writing mistakes, including incomplete issue identification, inaccurate statements of law, weak factual application, and poorly organised conclusions.
This workshop is most suitable for students who have already studied the relevant course materials and want guided practice applying the law. It is not intended to replace the full Canadian Constitutional Law course or independent preparation.
Students should attend with the official Crack NCA Exams notes, IRACs, the current NCA syllabus, and any workshop questions or materials circulated in advance.
Important Disclaimer
The Canadian Constitutional Law Workshop is separate from the full Canadian Constitutional Law course.
Registration for the workshop does not include the full course, course recordings, notes, IRAC packages, individual tutoring, or a practice examination unless expressly stated otherwise.
Practice examinations are separate products and require separate registration or purchase.
