Description
The Canadian Criminal Law Workshop is an application‑focused session designed to help NCA candidates practice core concepts and writing structured exam answers.
The workshop emphasizes how to approach questions on substantive offenses, the elements of a crime (actus reus and mens rea), party liability, and criminal defenses. It also highlights common exam‑writing mistakes, such as failing to cite the provisions of Criminal Code, vague issue framing, incomplete analysis of subjective or objective fault, weak application to facts, and disorganized conclusions.
This workshop is most suitable for students who have already studied the Criminal Law course materials and want guided practice applying the law. It is not intended to replace the full Canadian Criminal Law course or independent preparation.
Students should attend with the official Crack NCA Exams notes, IRACs, the current NCA syllabus, and any workshop questions or materials circulated in advance.
